What are the payment methods?

Make a check payable to Docksnex LLC on delivery. 

How long do shipments take?

The average delivery time for in-stock items is 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, some shipment dates can't be guaranteed because of various unforeseen circumstances. Call us to see if an item is in stock prior to placing an order. 

How can I calculate the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the merchandise, the number of bales/boxes, and the distance of the shipment. Please call us to determine the best and lowest cost on shipping. Our team will help you with getting either free delivery if not the lowest shipping cost. 

What if an item is missing from my order?

If you notice your order arrived and is missing an item or if the order was filled incorrectly, please email the sales team at support@docksnex.com.
